Delicious no-bake cheesecake balls coated in crushed pretzels and drizzled with caramel and white chocolate.

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until completely smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then beat again until light and fluffy.
- Scoop mixture into small portions and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 30–45 minutes.
- Mix crushed pretzels with melted butter in a shallow bowl.
- Roll each chilled cheesecake ball in the pretzel mixture, pressing gently to coat evenly.
- Drizzle melted white chocolate over each ball.
- Drizzle salted caramel sauce on top.
- Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until set before serving.
Notes
- Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
- These can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
