Description

Delicious no-bake cheesecake balls coated in crushed pretzels and drizzled with caramel and white chocolate.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then beat again until light and fluffy.
  3. Scoop mixture into small portions and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 30–45 minutes.
  4. Mix crushed pretzels with melted butter in a shallow bowl.
  5. Roll each chilled cheesecake ball in the pretzel mixture, pressing gently to coat evenly.
  6. Drizzle melted white chocolate over each ball.
  7. Drizzle salted caramel sauce on top.
  8. Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until set before serving.
