Delicious cheesy pizza sticks, perfect for a snack or appetizer!

- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups shredded whole-milk mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
- Cut the dough into 1-inch wide strips using a pizza cutter.
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on one side of each strip and sprinkle generously with mozzarella cheese.
- Season with Italian seasoning and garlic powder, then fold each strip in half lengthwise.
- Place the sticks on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Sprinkle Parmesan over the hot sticks as soon as they come out of the oven. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- These pizza sticks can be served with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the mozzarella cheese.
