A refreshing orange fluff salad with mini marshmallows, Cool Whip, and tropical fruits.

- 3 cups fresh oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream)
- 1 cup canned mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup canned pineapple chunks, drained
Instructions
- Peel and segment the fresh oranges.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine fresh orange segments with drained mandarin oranges and pineapple chunks. Gently fold together.
- Add mini marshmallows and Cool Whip, folding until everything is evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, give it another gentle stir and transfer to serving dishes.
Notes
- This salad can be made a few hours in advance for best flavor.
- Feel free to add other fruits, such as grapes or bananas, for extra variety.
