Description

A delicious and easy honey garlic salmon recipe that is perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 (6 oz each) salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil until blended.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet and pour half of the marinade over them. Let marinate for 15-30 minutes.
  4. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through and flaky.
  5. With two minutes remaining, brush the remaining marinade over the salmon and return to the oven until bubbling.
  6. Serve with rice or veggies, drizzling any leftover glaze on top.
