A delicious and easy honey garlic salmon recipe that is perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- 4 (6 oz each) salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil until blended.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet and pour half of the marinade over them. Let marinate for 15-30 minutes.
- Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through and flaky.
- With two minutes remaining, brush the remaining marinade over the salmon and return to the oven until bubbling.
- Serve with rice or veggies, drizzling any leftover glaze on top.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your taste.
- This dish pairs well with steamed vegetables or jasmine rice.
