Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, matcha powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the butter-sugar mixture, mixing until a dough forms. Add vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
