A delicious baked cheese tortellini dish with a rich pasta sauce and melted cheese, perfect for a quick weeknight meal.

- 9 oz. refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 1/2 cup Napolitana sauce (or any pasta sauce)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180ºC) and lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cook the tortellini according to package directions, about 8-10 minutes. Toss the cooked tortellini with spaghetti sauce.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes. During the last few minutes, turn on your broiler so the cheese gets slightly browned.
- Sprinkle with parsley and more parmesan cheese on top if desired.
Notes
- This dish can be garnished with fresh basil for added flavor.
- Feel free to use your favorite pasta sauce.
