A refreshing smoothie made with spinach, banana, strawberries, and pineapple, perfect for a healthy start to your day.
Ingredients

- 3 cups packed spinach
- 1 medium very ripe banana (peeled, cut into chunks, and frozen – slightly less than 1 cup)
- 1 cup whole frozen strawberries (about 10 large/medium berries)
- ¼ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a high powered blender in the order listed: spinach, banana, strawberry, pineapple, almond milk, and chia seeds.
- Blend until smooth. If you’d like a thinner smoothie, splash in a bit more milk.
- For a thicker smoothie, add a few handfuls of ice.
- Enjoy immediately, or place in an airtight jar and refrigerate for a few hours.

- This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for a few hours if needed.
