Description
A delicious cherry fudge with white chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Ingredients

- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups halved maraschino cherries (drained and dried)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon cherry juice (optional, for color enhancement)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly spray it with nonstick spray.
- Drain and pat dry the maraschino cherries thoroughly.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly.
- Add salt, vanilla extract, and optional cherry juice. Mix until smooth.
- Remove from heat and gently fold in the cherries and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Press extra chocolate chips or cherry halves on top, if desired.
- Chill for 3–4 hours or overnight until firm.
- Lift out the fudge using parchment overhang and slice into squares.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
