- 2 eggs (whisked)
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, cook shrimp until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Push the mixture aside and scramble whisked eggs in the skillet until just set.
- Stir in cooled rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil; mix until heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving warm.
