- 1 ribeye roast
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C).
- In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, cranberry sauce, brown sugar, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the ribeye roast.
- Place the roast in a roasting pan and cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F (165°C) and continue roasting for another 1-1 hours, or until desired doneness.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For best results, allow the roast to come to room temperature before cooking.
- Adjust roasting time based on the size of the roast.
