Description

A flavorful ribeye roast coated in a tangy balsamic and cranberry sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 ribeye roast
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, cranberry sauce, brown sugar, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the ribeye roast.
  4. Place the roast in a roasting pan and cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
  5. Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F (165°C) and continue roasting for another 1-1 hours, or until desired doneness.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
