Description

Delicious cinnamon sugar-coated biscuit bites that are quick and easy to make!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F or set air fryer to 330°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper if baking.
  2. Cut each biscuit from the can into four equal pieces.
  3. In a bowl, melt the butter completely and set aside.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Dip each dough piece into melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar to coat.
  6. Place pieces on the prepared baking sheet or air fryer basket, spaced slightly apart.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes in the oven or 8–10 minutes in the air fryer until golden and puffed.
  8. Cool slightly before serving, and enjoy warm for best texture.

Notes

  • Feel free to adjust the amount of cinnamon and sugar to taste.
  • These can also be served with icing for a sweeter treat.
