Delicious cinnamon sugar-coated biscuit bites that are quick and easy to make!
Ingredients

- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F or set air fryer to 330°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper if baking.
- Cut each biscuit from the can into four equal pieces.
- In a bowl, melt the butter completely and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Dip each dough piece into melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar to coat.
- Place pieces on the prepared baking sheet or air fryer basket, spaced slightly apart.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes in the oven or 8–10 minutes in the air fryer until golden and puffed.
- Cool slightly before serving, and enjoy warm for best texture.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the amount of cinnamon and sugar to taste.
- These can also be served with icing for a sweeter treat.
