Description

Delicious sliders made with juicy ground beef, American cheese, and your favorite toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 8 slider buns
  • 8 slices American cheese
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • ½ cup pickled onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef with salt and pepper; mix gently.
  3. Shape the mixture into small patties (about 2 ounces each).
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties for 3 minutes on each side, adding cheese slices during the last minute.
  5. Assemble sliders by placing patties on buns and topping with ketchup, mustard, and pickled onions as desired.
  6. Serve immediately while warm.
