- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 8 slider buns
- 8 slices American cheese
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- ½ cup pickled onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef with salt and pepper; mix gently.
- Shape the mixture into small patties (about 2 ounces each).
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties for 3 minutes on each side, adding cheese slices during the last minute.
- Assemble sliders by placing patties on buns and topping with ketchup, mustard, and pickled onions as desired.
- Serve immediately while warm.

- Feel free to customize the toppings.
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
