Description

Delicious and easy baked salmon with a creamy lemon butter sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the prepared dish. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter until bubbling but not browned. Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, and zest; cook until heated through.
  5. Pour the sauce evenly over the salmon fillets.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
