Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with diced onion and green pepper for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Stir in minced garlic and Italian seasoning; cook for an additional minute.
- Add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce; let simmer while preparing pasta.
- In a separate pot, boil salted water and cook elbow macaroni until al dente according to package instructions. Drain.
- Mix drained pasta into the meat sauce until well combined.
- Top with grated cheddar cheese before serving warm.
